Established in 1961 as a County Hospital District, Concho County Hospital is a 16-bed hospital and is designated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a Critical Access Hospital (CAH).
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Papillion is a native Texan. She attended the University of North Texas where she earned undergraduate degrees in both Biology and Chemistry. She studied medicine and graduated from Medical School in the Dominican Republic, where she became fluent in Spanish. She completed her specialty training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she was appointed and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Papillion is Board-Certified in Family Medicine, and when not busy taking care of her patients, she enjoys cooking, working out, and traveling with her husband DJ. Dr. Papillion sees patients at Concho Medical Clinic, and serves as the Hospitalist for Concho County Hospital.
