Concho Cares Spotlight: Deborah Fort

Quality patient care depends on reliable systems and employees who are ready to help when questions or challenges arise. As Concho County Hospital District’s Compliance Officer, IT Liaison and general “Jill of all trades,” Deborah Fort supports her colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a steady commitment to finding solutions.

Deborah has become a trusted resource for employees throughout our organization. Whether she is answering a question, helping someone navigate a technical issue, or providing support during an audit, she takes the time to listen and offer clear, respectful guidance.

Her approachable nature helps team members feel comfortable asking for help. Deborah treats every question with care and never makes anyone feel overlooked or judged, regardless of their role or level of experience.

She is also known for stepping in wherever she is needed. Even when managing a full workload of her own, Deborah remains willing to assist her colleagues and help the team move forward.

“She has helped me tremendously with anything I’ve asked, especially during audits,” one colleague shared. “She has been with CCHD for a long time and never complains, even though she has a lot to do herself. She always finds a way to see the good in everything.”
