Welcome New Team Members. More options for care. Close to home

Concho Medical Clinic is welcoming new clinicians and leadership whose experience in rural medicine, emergency care, clinic operations, and patient-centered care will help strengthen access to healthcare for residents of Concho and Menard Counties.

Located at 551 Eaker Street in Eden, Concho Medical Clinic provides primary care for patients of all ages and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

“Strong local healthcare depends on having capable people in place,” said Robert A. Pascasio, MS, LFACHE, CEO of Concho County Hospital District. “Harper, Roy, and Joshua each bring experience, leadership, and a clear commitment to caring for patients close to home.”

Harper Price, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Harper Price brings experience caring for patients in outpatient clinics, nursing homes, intensive care, and rural clinic settings. Her background also includes clinic operations, having previously served as a clinic manager and family nurse practitioner student intern at Brady Medical Clinic.

Price earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Baylor University. She also plans to serve as an instructor for the Certified Nurse Aide program.

At Concho Medical Clinic, Price supports day-to-day primary care needs while helping lay the groundwork for future growth in pediatric care for children six months and older and women’s health services.

Roy Guevara, MSN, FNP-C

Roy Guevara has a broad clinical background spanning family practice, emergency care, hospice, psychiatric nursing, infusion services, and patient education.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Guevara most recently served in family nurse practitioner roles in Alaska and Brady, including experience as a sole provider. He also previously worked as an evening emergency room charge nurse at Concho County Hospital.

Guevara completed his post-master’s Family Nurse Practitioner training at The University of Texas at El Paso.

At Concho Medical Clinic, Guevara will support primary care and play a leading role in the clinic’s developing home visit and telehealth services, helping expand access for patients and families across the region.

Joshua Odell, RN, ADN, BS, M.Ed.

Joshua Odell joins Concho Medical Clinic as Clinic Manager. He brings leadership experience across emergency and trauma care, hospice case management, clinical operations, and nursing supervision.

His background adds operational depth as Concho County Hospital District continues to grow clinic services and support future school-based healthcare initiatives.
