We’re currently hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Eden, Texas — and offering a $10,000 signing bonus for a one-year commitment.

Here’s how it works:

$5,000 bonus paid after 6 months of continuous full-time service

$5,000 bonus paid at the 12-month mark

12-hour shifts, full-time only

This incentive helps us do two critical things:
Attract experienced nurses who want to serve our community
Build long-term relationships with team members who want to stay, grow, and make a difference

Our facility includes a 24/7 Level IV trauma center, swing bed and inpatient care, lab and imaging, and a rural health clinic — meaning your skills will be used, valued, and expanded every day.

Already part of the team?

If you’re a current CCHD employee and refer a qualified RN who’s hired and stays for at least one year, you’ll receive a $5,000 referral bonus — just email HR before their interview with the applicant’s name and a short reason for your referral.
